Our Rehab Services Staff has grown to represent over 200 years of combined experience in licensed therapies. We offer inpatient Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services. Our goal is to maximize an individual's functional level prior to discharge from the hospital. A team approach, which includes the patient, therapists, doctors and discharge planners, helps determine the best discharge setting for the individual. A treatment plan is developed by our staff and modified according to the individual's abilities, overall health and discharge needs.

In our outpatient clinic, we provide the full range of therapeutic equipment including traction tables, electrical stimulation devices, ultrasound, light therapy, fluido-therapy and a therapy gym.

We are community oriented and participate with local high schools for the opportunity to observe therapists in the clinical setting. We also offer student affiliations in the practice of physical and occupational therapy for area colleges.

A main component of successful therapy includes education. Progress is dependent upon a carefully planned outline of goals, which are discussed with the patient and then designed with the individual's overall health, home care situation, and abilities in mind. A single therapist is assigned to the patient throughout the course of treatment which enhances consistency of care and a personal one-on-one relationship.

Our goal is to improve the quality of life and to regain confidence in accomplishing the basic activities of daily living after surgery, injury or illness.
